How long we retain your data
Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.
Whilst you are an active customer we will retain your data for as long as needed to give you the best customer service. We will anonymise your personal data 7 years after your last transaction. We will inform you before we anonymise your data and give you the option to retain your details in order to continue to serve you.
The process of anonymising your data may take up to two calendar months.
In certain circumstances we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Right of Access
You have the right to confirmation as to whether or not we process your personal data and where we do, access to personal data, together with certain additional information.
